Bug #8224: Lfsc --> Return uploads --> Upload/Manage Returns --> Save & validate --> if applicant clicks on the the top button "save & validate" then the applicant gets " The page isn't working".
Bug #8225: Lfsc --> Return uploads --> Upload/Manage Returns --> Save & validate -->After clicking on the "Validate & submit" button the form should be successfully submitted but right now form only updating (means the validate & submit button not working )
