12:23 PM Bug #4098 (New): AFSC-->Return Management-->View-->Credit (Monthly)-->Why does all QUARTERLY Forms appears instead of 5 Forms of MONTHLY Return. Form name, value at admin end should be same as lfsc panel as per return upload year.
