Bug #11680: Login --> Kitchen panel --> Order list --> Why is the cooking option appearing again after I started cooking? I believe that once cooking has started, there should only be a 'done' option.

Bug #11682: Admin --> Login --> Kitchen --> order through QR scanner is going directly to the delivery panel instead of the kitchen it should first go to the kitchen after the process then it should be visible to the delivery panel.

Bug #11689: Admin--> Login --> Order through online Link --> After signing up if the user orders through the online site then the order directly goes to the waiter panel, while the order should go to the kitchen panel
