Step to reproduce bug. 

 1. Login with valid credentials  
 2. click on the side menu button 
 3. Go with patient  
 4. click on the edit icon 

 Actual Result: The doctor is able to edit the patient's name, DOB, Phone no. and Age. 
 Expected Result: The doctor should not be able to edit the patient's information Name, DOB, phone number, and Age.
