Step to reproduce the bug.
1. Login with International Bank
2. Go with the form "Addendum"
3. Qus.no 17
4. Period of Held
Actual Result:
1. First-row Applicant is able to enter alphanumeric (Period Held)
2. In the second-row Applicant is able to enter numerically
3. Type Of License, Company, Location, Where Granted Name field should be alphanumeric.
Expected result:
Applicants should be able to enter alphanumeric.
Need to extend character length.
