Admin panel--> 
 Form "RELATIONSHIP WITH COMPANY" and "REPUTATION & CHARACTER" and "OWNERSHIP INFORMATION" 
 (1). Heading should be on top or right side of field.   
 (2). Complete information should reflect at admin end.
