step to Reproduce bug. 

 1.Login with ERSP 
 2.Go with form "MLRO/MLCO/CO 
 3.Click action button 
 4.Qus.no 06 

 Actual Result: 1.Add    Add new row applicant is not able to delete added row. 
                2.Edit case calendar is not open applicant is able to enter value DOB field. 
                3. before applicant add row one extra added row show
