Step to Reproduce bug. 
 1.Login with ERSP 
 2.Go with form "MLRO/MLCO/CO 
 3.Fill the form and save 
 4.edit 
 5.Qus.no 14 03 

 Actual Result :Add new row and suddenly delete new added row and save the form after save provided value disappear.
