 INFORMATION IN SUPPORT :-->Qus.04--> 
 Need to change sequence, like: 
 (1). Question 
 (2). Select your country  
 (3). YES & NO option 
 If YES 
 {  
 Document upload required 
 } 

 For NO, No option required.
