Steps: 
 1.Dev link. 
 2.Login with lfsc credit unions applicant. 
 3.Normal 
 4.Go with form "MLRO/MLCO" 
 5.Qus no. 11 

 Actual Result: Right now "not active" disappear in the system. 
 Expected Result: Need to implement as per the client requirement change the word "Not Active" to "Deactive" to "Not active"
