Step to reproduce bug. 
 1.Login with ERPS client applicant 
 2.Go with form "schedule 1" 
 3.Click action button  
 4.Qus no. 19(a) & 19(b) 
 5.Fill the form and save  

 Actual Result:1. Result: Right now Applicant put value in "age" field no validation message is coming. 
               2. Applicant is able to provide negative value in age field. 
 Expected Result:1.Put Result: Put some validation message    in "age" field  
                 2.Age can't fall in negative.
