Step to reproduce bug.
1.Login with ERSP client applicant
2.Go with form "schedule 1"
3.Click Action button
4.Fill the form
5.Qus no. 17 & 18.
Actual Result: Right now "job Title" "Nationality" field Numeric.
Expected Result: "job Title" "Nationality" field should be alphanumeric along with special character.
