Step: Step to reproduce bug. 
 1.Dev link  
 2.Login with lfsc credit unions applicant 
 3.Normal 
 4.Go with form "MLRO/MLCO" 
 5.Qus no. 06 

 Actual Result:    allow single response. 
 expected Result: As per the client requirement allow multiple response.
