Login with credit unions-->go with form "Declaration Contact Information"--> (1). Name field should allow space . (2). Occupation should allow alphanumeric along with special characters. alphanumeric. (3). As applicant put email address then "occupation" input field shifts to right. (4). There should be two option for two upload.
