Implement the following voting rules in the system: * Sports Club Member Voting Rules:* Sports club members can cast a maximum of 11 votes. They can vote only for own sports club members and not for other board members. **Other *Other Board Member Voting Rules (Constable, Corporal, Sergeant): * * Other board members can cast a maximum of 7 votes for their own members (Constable, Corporal, Sergeant). In addition to their own members, they can also vote for sports club members, making their total possible votes 18 votes (11 for sports club members + 7 for their own members).
