Money services-->Schedule 2-->
question no.4, 5-->Need to increase 500 character length. right now its 200 only. heading for first column should be "Address 1" instead of "Physical address" and for all field system should allow alphanumeric.
Question 7(a), 9b), (c)-->Increase character length, Percentage can't more than 100%, make both field alphanumeric.
Question 8-->Respective input field should allow alphanumeric, need to increase character length.
Question 9-->Design issue.
Date should be in British format every where in the form.
Question 11 (f)-->As per client comment in document there should be 3 upload option for attachment.
Question 13(a)-->As per client requirement 1000 character should allow
