Issue description: 1. Notification should come to the user/store when the delivery boy delivers the return order successfully User --> Great news! 🎉 We wanted to let you know that We've received your return order has been successfully processed. Your items are back with us, items, and your refund is on its way. Store --> We've received your items, and your refund is being processed promptly.
