Point 1: 
 As per client requirement P.O. Box*, City*, State* and Zip code should be "ALPHANUMERIC" 

 Point 2: 
 Middle name should not mandatory. 

 Step to reproduce: 
 Login with credit unions 
 go with form "Application Details" 
 point no-3 

 Point 3: 
 Even after message "wrong email format please try again" applicant is able to save the same form. 

 Point 4: Login with credit unions 
 Go go with "Date of Application"-->select date-->save and validate-->go with edit icon-->again save & validate-->as applicant saves the form in case of edit then date from "Date of Application:" field gets disappear
