The submit button is not activated over that from by creating a duplicate MALO/MLCO/CO form, saving only one and deleting the other       

 Step to reproduce: 
 LFSC Public 
 add to MLRO/MLCO/CO form 
 Fill value for single MLRO/MLCO/CO 
 save that form 
 now delete second added MLRO/MLCO/CO form-->back to application-->
