Need Report-->Offshore Banking-->Need to add sub Tab with the name    "Offshore Banking Register" under Offshore Banking Tab.(Like credit Unions) 

 Step to reproduce: 
 Report 
 click on Offshore Banking 

 NOTE:  
 1. Same changes should be for "MONEY SERVICES". 
 2. Same changes should be for "MUTUAL FUND".
