In homeshopping and in eZone form if i select decline or accept in insurance then in cart page and in account details page it should appear accordingly to that

1. While filling the eZone form or HS Form decline or accept the insurance
2. Check in cart page that insurance appears decline or accept or not
3. Check in account details page also
