Description

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to the given URL-http://dev.lfsc.digitalnoticeboard.biz/Licensee_new/edit_formDetails/TkRFM1h6STNYekUyT1RFPQ==
2. If user fill input data in all mandatory text fields and then validate & save data.
3. All data should be save successfully.
4. User should be able to edit his/her form accordingly
