Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to the give URL: http://dev.lfsc.digitalnoticeboard.biz/Licensee_new/edit_formDetails/TkRFeFh6STNYekUyTVRjPQ==
2. Go to the text field number 9 >> bank name
3. Hint text should be displayed upward in the line not downward side.
4. All text should be displayed well.
