Issue Description:

I am checked this, there is logic if you change supervisor role to worker then in the Workforce that will not added into workforce user List because that is saved as a supervisor role in system we need to remove that supervisor from workforce I am add a new condition if supervisor added added into any workforce then not allow to degrate that user.
