Login with credit unions-->go with form " OWNERSHIP INFORMATION"-->put Maturity Date-->save & submit-->click on edit-->save and submit-->Date is getting disappear and then put date-->save & validate-->submit-->payment-->date is getting disappear.

Description

Date is getting disappear in case of edit in first time and 2nd time and some time after submit and payment.

Step to reproduce:
Login with credit unions-->go with form " OWNERSHIP INFORMATION"-->put Maturity Date-->save & submit-->click on edit-->save and submit-->and then put date-->save & validate-->submit-->payment-->date is getting disappear.

Please correct for for all three case
case 1: first time save
case 2: In case of edit-->save-->edit-->save
case 3: Submit then payment
