While filling the form of letterbox if i changed my surname in first field then again i have changed my surname in signature field then still when I'm downloading the receipt of payment the name is not changed

Issue steps:
1. Open the form of letterbox
2. Change your surname in the first field
3. Change your surname in the signature field
4. Download the payment receipt
Discussion: There fields should be editable or not
