In renewal payment page of letterbox after selecting type of transacation, error message is still there

Description

Issue steps:
1. Navigate to the renewal payment page of letterbox
2. Add one transaction to the cart
3. Empty the cart now
4. Click on add to cart without filling anything
5. Now select the type of transaction
6. The error message is still there even after selecting the type
