Bug #944

Login with credit unions-->go with form "Application Details"-->point no-3-->(1). As per client requirement P.O. Box*, City*, State* and Zip code should be "ALPHANUMERIC" (2). Middle name should not mandatory.

Description

Point 1:
As per client requirement P.O. Box*, City*, State* and Zip code should be "ALPHANUMERIC"

Point 2:
Middle name should not mandatory.

Step to reproduce:
Login with credit unions
go with form "Application Details"
point no-3

Point 3:
Even after message "wrong email format please try again" applicant is able to save the same form.

Point 4:
Go with "Date of Application"-->select date-->save and validate-->go with edit icon-->again save & validate-->as applicant saves the form in case of edit then date from "Date of Application:" field gets disappear

This issues have been verified, and it has been found that two issues is not fixed yet.
Reopened for
Point no.3 (Invalid email address, still user able to save with invalid email)
Point no.2 (still applicant is not able to save form without middle name)
