On post office box renewal service payment page, after clearing PO Box no. data should also gets reset according to that PO Box no.

Issue steps:
1. Navigate to the post office box account details
2. Click on Request a service/Make payment option
3. Select Other PO Box
4. Input your desired post office box no.
5. Clear that post office box no.
