Issue steps
1. Open private post office box rental
2. Click on the Signup button
3. Click on "+" icon of additional household addressees
4. Fill all the details
5. Click on the Save button
6. Click on the submit button
7. Fill in all the details on the payment page
8. Click on the "Cancel" button
