Admin --> Login --> Dashboard --> If an applicant submits the form, the Admin panel should have the option "inquries Management" where the admin can manage all the partner Inquires and Driver Inquries

Issue description:

If an applicant submits the form, the Admin panel should have the option "Inquiries Management" where the admin can manage all the partner inquiries and driver inquiries ( also add Remarks field for both forms)
