Description
Issue description:
1. " No Internet connection" The toaster message should be the same if the Internet is off sometimes arriving in Red and sometimes Grey it should be the same type.
2. After the Internet is ONN then "No Internet Connection" arrives again & again

this is a random issue from api side
the response comes as html with 200 status
which flutter dio package treat this as internet issue
