Store --> Login --> Dashboard --> Manage Offers --> Add/ Edit --> Flat --> If the applicant selects the flat option then the applicant should be able to put 4 digit numeric value but Right now applicant is not able to do that thing .

Issue description:

If the applicant selects the flat option then the applicant should be able to put 4 digit numeric value but Right now applicant is not able to do that thing ( it is working correctly in percentage cases You need to change only for flat )

you ignored this message and implemented for both it is wrong ( it is working correctly in percentage cases You need to change only for flat )

Reopened For: I have added a coupon in flat Rate, in the edit case the flat field changed to Percentage, need to fix this issue
