User --> Login --> Home Screen --> Orders --> Go with Order id 1869 --> Request Return --> select product --> submit --> if user clicks on submit button then pop-up is coming "You already claimed for this items"

Issue description:

The user is unable to return the Product in his delivered order, if the user clicks on the submit button then a pop-up appears "You already claimed for this item" while the product status is delivered
