Description
Summary: Calendar date enable and disable issue.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to admin page.
2. Click on the user >> open user list.
3. Choose filter from date icon >> calendar should be displayed.
4. User should be able to select past and current date.
5. User should not be able to select future date.
6. Past and current date should be displayed enable.
7. Future date should be displayed disabled
