issue description:

first you add the product to cart and back home screen and add same product again then The same product comes two times in the cart and if I remove items from the cart then an "Internal server error" occurs, and the image does not show in the product details ( item name -TRAINING MEN JET BLACK RAPID-DRY BRAND CARRIER TSHIRTS)
