Click on the payment button-->Applicant is able to complete the payment without entering cheque and Bank details.

Step to reproduce:
Login
subsector (Company Managers)
Category (Company Managers)
open all form
validate & save
back to application
Click on submit
Go with payment
Select offline mode
Select cheque payment/Wire Transfer.
