Description

Issue 1:The applicant is able to register with "Invalid Email Address".

Step to reproduce:
Go with an email address
enter an invalid address.
Click on register

Issue 2: The applicant is able to register without clicking on a captcha.
provide all required value in all field
Don't select captcha.
Click on register
