Store panel --> Register with new number --> The time of store, registration if the applicant fills up the form store details and back to the "contact details" tab, and again clicks the next button then the page does not go to the next page.

Step to reproduce the bug:

The time of store, registration if the applicant fills up the form store details and back to the "contact details" tab, and again clicks the next button then the page does not go to the next page
