Admin --> Login --> Dashboard --> Manage offer --> No option is available for coupon approval and disapproval on the admin side while the store side "admin approval status" option is in the table ( need to add approval option in admin )

Admin is the only one that can create any offer
and admin can activate/deactivate
from store panel, user can accept/decline offer

what does approve/disapproval do? what scenario is it been used?
