If only 1 item is available in stock then it should not allow to add more quantities in cart. It should give error on add product qty screen instead of cart screen

For 1 qty it should be :-
Sorry, only 1 item is available in stock.
For more than 1 qty message should be :-
Only 10 items are available in stock. You cannot add more than that quantity

This is not API issue. API can only return the error message. API can't manage screen to display error.
