Admin --> Login --> Dashboard --> Manage banner --> Edit --> Title --> in the edit case, the title input field takes only 10 characters while in the new case title input field takes 100 characters

Description

Step to reproduce the bug:

in the edit case, the title input field takes only 10 characters while in the new case title input field takes 100 characters
Need to increase the character length in edit case
