Lfsc --> Return uploads --> Upload/Manage Returns --> Save & validate -->After clicking on the "Validate & submit" button the form should be successfully submitted but right now form only updating (means the validate & submit button not working )

Description

Step to reproduce the bug:

After clicking on the "Validate & submit" button the form should be successfully submitted but right now form only updating (Means the validate & submit button not working )
