Lfsc --> Return uploads --> Upload/Manage Returns --> Save & validate --> if applicant clicks on the the top button "save & validate" then the applicant gets " The page isn't working".

Step to reproduce the bug:

if applicant clicks on the the top button "save & validate" then the applicant gets " The page isn't working".
