Demo Server --> Credit Unions --> Post License --> approval of MLRO/MLCO/CO --> Qus. 6 --> after saving the date picker fields convert into the input field, while after saving the date picker should remain the same

Description

Step to reproduce the bug:

after saving the date picker fields convert into the input field, while after saving the date picker should remain the same (means if applicant clicks on the date then calendar should open instead of the input field)

2. Serial number issue if first select date picker then add row
