Step to reproduce the bug:
Edit Case -->1. If the applicant saves the form 2 times without doing anything then the provided values get disappear
2. "Nature of business" input field should be alphanumeric and the percentage field should be numeric
3. If applicant Saves the form with Deactive after saving status value gets reset to Active
