Demo server --> Post Licensee --> MUTUAL FUND --> MLRO/MLCO/Co --> Qus. 14 & 17-->One extra blank row is coming to the table after saving while I have added only two rows but after saving 3 Rows are coming to the table.

Step to reproduce the bug:

One extra blank row is coming to the table after saving while I have added only two rows but after saving 3 Rows are coming to the table.
