Description

Step to reproduce the bug:

if the client Creates a profile without selecting the "Show Applicant Information Risk Matrix" checkbox then no need to show the "Information Risk Matrix" inside the contents of the downloaded pdf & Word.

if select Admin select Yes then you can show "Information Risk Matrix" inside the content
