Step to reproduce the bug:

Admin --> License Type --> Non-License Entity --> Add Non-License Entity --> Go with added Non-License Entity --> Click on Update Information -->

1. As Much Information is coming at the "General & check verified" box at the time of creating, after updating some more information is showing both mentioned boxes.
