Description

Step to reproduce the bug:

Admin --> Login --> Licensee Type --> Credit unions --> Add company --> Manin contact Information --> Provide first name --> Click on Save information --> On clicking save information system throws an alert message (This field is mandatory! ) against the "Phone number" field instead of mandatory "Last name"
